Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. 

Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the size & weight of your order. Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days after processing. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are in business days.

Local Delivery. This option is only available for local delivery, based on your zip code and its proximity to our store, located in Westminster, California. Upon delivery, our delivery professionals will bring the item right to your front door. Local deliveries are typically made 5-7 days from the date of purchase between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The delivery agent will call to schedule a 4-hour window for delivery. A specific time for delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) at this time. Please contact us for rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses including Canada and apologize for any inconvenience.


West Frames will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date unless the item is marked as final sale. Once the item(s) is received by us, in the original packaging with no damage, in new condition, we will process a refund to your original payment account. A Return Authorization number is not require.

Customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must insured return item(s). 

We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items. These types of sales are Final Sale and are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.

How to Make a Return

  • 1. Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.
  • 2. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
  • 3. If you do not have a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address, phone number and order number.
  • 4. Send via UPS/Fed-Ex for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued. If you have an inquiry, please e-mail us.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. To initiate a damage claim, please click here.

Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

  • 1. A photo of the damage to your item(s) and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
  • 2. Your order number with a brief description of the damage. Please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund.
Sales Tax

West Frames, Inc. is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders to California addresses. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of California.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you must call or email us within 24 hours of placing your order to process the cancellation. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed and cancelled the following business day. Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by email, please contact us by clicking here.

Color Disclaimer

We makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your item(s). However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
